I work from a queue. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks working time.

If you need a piece in less time than this, a rush fee applies.

You are welcome to ask for updates once per week.

I reserve the right to make prints and otherwise use any finished art.

I reserve the right to refuse any commissions I'm not comfortable doing, for any reason.

I reserve the right to stop working with a client at any time if I no longer feel comfortable doing so; a refund based on percentage of work completed will be issued.

You CAN print your piece, use it as an avatar or on your blog, etc. Credit me where possible, links preferred.

You CAN'T colour or edit the work, claim it as your own, or use the piece for profit.

You will not use or process my work with any sort of AI technology; this includes artificial 'finishing' of inks or flats. Violation of this term will result in permanent blacklisting.

My work is never to be used as NFTs under any circumstances, even if the piece was commissioned by you.

My signature stays on the piece. You can't crop it or edit it out, except for PFP / avatar use.

You are responsible for your own financial situation. I cannot issue refunds for failure to manage personal finances or obligations.

Please reblog/retweet your piece from me on social media; do not repost.

You'll get a full resolution file once the piece is fully paid.

I no longer offer traditional pieces or physical shipping.

Prices are in USD.

Payment is due on completion. For pieces over $50, half is due upfront.

Currently, payment is through Ko-Fi only.

Cancellations are only possible in the sketching stage. You'll get a refund minus a percentage for the work already done. Refunds past this point are not possible.

Do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting me to discuss an issue first.

If I accept your commission, I'll email you back with a quote. If you accept, I send an invoice and ask for any other required info.

I'll send you a watermarked sketch for approval for inked & coloured pieces.

You get one free redraw during the sketch stage. Any changes past that will be 20% of the total cost. Be specific and check well! Don't be afraid to tell me what to correct.

Once a piece is finished, I can't make any major changes.
